Personal Training for Women

Tracey Green specializes in one-on-one fitness, and buddy training (2 people) for women only.
You may schedule a personal training session by appointment:
Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
All personal training workouts are custom designed by Tracey and adjusted to your current ability level
so you will achieve your desired goals.
Tracey is certified with American Council on Exercise since 1996. She is also CPR Certified.
Tracey Green Fitness specializes in:
Strength training
Weight loss, general fitness & flexibility
Nutrition consulting
Post rehabilitation workouts
Use of the Fitness Center at Driftwood Cabana Club in Sea Bright is only open to non-members
for personal training sessions with Tracey Green Fitness.
Sessions & Rate Schedule:
All personal training sessions are one full hour.
$100 - a single, one-on-one session
$100 - buddy training session ($50 each)
$400 - 1 day per week for one month. (4)
$720 - 2 days per week for one month. (8)
$960 - 3 days per week for one month. (12)
$1020 - 4 days per week for one month. (16)
