STRESS - Stress, without a doubt, robs us of quality of life. Massage is the antidote. By introducing relaxation,
the experience of massage improves the bodies' physiological function. Blood pressure lowers, blood circulation is boosted, energy improves and stable sleep patterns are achieved.
SIMPLY - The relaxation effect begins, your outlook improves thus reducing your likelihood of injury and illness.
Tackling symptoms which aggravate conditions such as asthma, insomnia, and headaches, massage helps to restore balance and flow.
SUBTLE - In addition to feeling good, massage enhances oxygen delivery, filling the mind and spirit with energy. Massage nurtures the attitudes as well as caring for the obvious.
MUSCULAR PAIN AND TIGHTNESS - YES! Massage helps! From a sport specific muscle strain to a clenched jaw and knitted brow, massage acts directly on muscles to relieve pain and eliminate bad habits
which result from living with chronic pain.
STRETCHING & HNEADING MOTIONS - physically stimulate the central nervous system to send the "relax" message to muscles. Over time, pain and spasms encouraged by muscle guarding and favoring can be eliminated when the muscle anxiety is soothed by massage. The choice is up to you! feel like a million with massage, or complain to a million about how crappy you feel!
